Installation

  1. Install from your shell (answer y to add the marketplace)

What does mindful-claude do?

  • Breathing animation band above the prompt during each turn, gone when Claude answers
  • Spinner word replaced with the current breath phase
  • /breathe hrv, sigh, box and 478 switch between four breathing exercises
  • /breathe style picks pulse, ripples, dots, wave or random animation
  • /breathe delay and /breathe spinner off tune the band; settings persist across sessions

  • Claude Code 2.1.287 or later (terminal)
