Installation

  1. Install from your shell (answer y to add the marketplace)

    $ claude plugin install deadhd --marketplace lcalmsky/deadhd

What does deadhd do?

  • /deadhd:deadhd opens a checklist of completed, in-progress and remaining steps, updated as work runs
  • Band above the prompt shows working or waiting-for-input time, last tool, done count and progress bar
  • Status line variant adds ticket key, PR of the current step, next step, ETA and compaction count
  • Browser progress page with four view modes, a hub of all local sessions and a lane board
  • /deadhd-band and /deadhd-statusline fold the band or status line down to the session state

  • Claude Code 2.1.287 or later (terminal)
  • python3 (standard library only)
