Installation

  1. Install from your shell (answer y to add the marketplace)

    $ claude plugin install cache-refresher --marketplace olddonkey/cache-refresher

Already in a session? Type this at the Claude Code prompt:

What does cache-refresher do?

  • Status bar above the prompt with countdown ring, cached token count and rebuild cost
  • /cache-panel shows expiry vs refresh cost, break-even point and recent cache hits
  • /cache-ping refreshes the cache now; /cache-status prints lifetime and cost figures
  • /cache-auto turns on auto-refresh with a per-idle-period limit (default 12)
  • /cache-lang sets one of 43 display languages
