Installation

  1. 1. Clone the repository

    $ git clone https://github.com/hemanth/agent-diary.git

  2. 2. Start Claude Code with the mod loaded for this session

    $ claude --plugin-dir ./agent-diary

The repository has no marketplace file yet, so this loads the mod for one session. Needs Claude Code 2.1.287 or later, in a terminal. Full install guide

What does agent-diary do?

  • /diary opens a pane with Entries, Meditations and Write Note tabs
  • /diary-note <reflection> saves a note from the prompt; /diary-open opens diary.html in the browser
  • Runs agent-diary sync after each turn to pull new sessions into the diary
  • Optional Stoic quote banner above the prompt, toggled with b in the pane
  • Spinner suffix shows the entry count or the tool errors in the current turn

What do you need?

  • Claude Code 2.1.287 or later (terminal)
  • Node.js and npm (npm link installs the agent-diary CLI the mod calls)
  • Manual install from a git clone
