Installation

  1. Install from your shell (answer y to add the marketplace)

    $ claude plugin install pi-agent-for-claude --marketplace FazalAAli/pi-agent-for-claude

Already in a session? Type this at the Claude Code prompt:

$ /plugin install pi-agent-for-claude --marketplace FazalAAli/pi-agent-for-claude

What does pi-agent-for-claude do?

  • Runs pi as a native Claude Code subagent that shows in the agent list and streams live
  • Pick any model pi can reach, e.g. "Have pi run with model kimi k2"
  • Follow-up messages continue the running pi session and model
  • Name a pi agent to open it as a teammate in a tmux pane
  • Answers end with "answered by pi, <provider/model>" read from pi's own events

What do you need?

  • Claude Code 2.1.287 or later (terminal)
  • pi, logged in to at least one provider
  • Node.js
  • macOS or Linux
  • tmux for teammate panes, with CLAUDE_CODE_EXPERIMENTAL_AGENT_TEAMS set

How do you uninstall pi-agent-for-claude?

$ claude plugin uninstall pi-agent-for-claude

To switch it off without removing it, use claude plugin disable with the same name.
