What does lexi do?

  • /lexi:lexi <task> proposes unit tests, waits for your OK, then drives RED to GREEN
  • Guard blocks writes to a testable source file whose mirror test does not exist, and rewrites of committed test assertions
  • Band above the prompt shows lexi:GREEN/lexi:RED, the last gate run, context and rate-limit bars, tokens and cost
  • /subagents opens a pane listing running subagents with model, status and steps
  • Optional Jev router picks model and effort per session and reviews the diff after the last GREEN

What do you need?

  • Claude Code 2.1.287 or later (terminal)
  • Python 3 as python3
  • ponytail and caveman plugins (installed with lexi)
  • TYPESAFE_API_KEY for the optional Jev features
