Installation

What does katharsis do?

  • Model classifies each message into 11 exchange types and follows that type's shape and word ceiling
  • Findings, risks and actions get codes like F1 or NA2, kept in a ledger that survives compaction
  • Band above the prompt counts coded items by type; /kdrawer opens a searchable drawer pane
  • Stop hooks flag replies claiming tests passed when the last run failed or never ran
  • Saves a copy of files a Bash call overwrites unread and shows the cp command to restore them

What do you need?

  • Claude Code 2.1.287 or later (terminal)
  • bash and python3
  • Node.js 22.18+ for kref
