Installation

  1. 1. Clone the repository

    $ git clone https://github.com/wyeworks/accountable-review.git

  2. 2. Start Claude Code with the mod loaded for this session

    $ claude --plugin-dir ./accountable-review

The repository has no marketplace file yet, so this loads the mod for one session. Needs Claude Code 2.1.287 or later, in a terminal. Full install guide

What does accountable-review do?

  • /accountable-review:review-map turns a PR number, URL or branch into a Review Map HTML page
  • The page lists what changed, 3-5 checkpoints framed as questions, a reading order and impact outside the diff
  • Publishes early as a private Claude Artifact and fills in as parts complete; re-runs update the same URL
  • Status line shows the current step, elapsed time and checkpoints written while it runs
  • /accountable-review:setup-ci writes a GitHub Actions workflow that builds a map for each review-ready PR

What do you need?

  • Claude Code 2.1.287 or later (terminal)
  • A Rails or Rust codebase (Phoenix and React support still in development)
  • For CI: GitHub Actions plus an ANTHROPIC_API_KEY or CLAUDE_CODE_OAUTH_TOKEN repository secret
