sfx-gen 能做什么？
- /sfx <prompt> 本地生成音效，支持 --duration 和 --seed；Claude 也可以调用 sfx 工具
- /sfx-pane 列出本会话生成的音效，带播放和 mp3 按钮；/sfx-pane history 显示更早的音效
- /sfx-notify 把音效绑定到 error、permission、done、abort、compact 事件，支持 test、off 和静音
- 可配置模型（small-sfx、small-music、medium）、设备、编码和默认时长
需要什么？
- Claude Code 2.1.287 或更高版本（终端）
- 运行安装脚本，下载预编译 sa3.cpp 和约 1 GB 模型权重
- mp3 按钮需要 ffmpeg
