任务在 My tasks pane 中等待，status line 显示数量，如「☐ 3 tasks for you · /my-tasks」
可回复 Done、选择编号选项、输入答案（r）或附理由拒绝（x）
Claude 工作时给出的答复会暂存，本轮结束时发送；Send now 可立即发送
未完成任务按项目跨 compaction 和新会话保留；疑似密钥的答复会被拦下提示
